Extruded cement panels
Cement, sand, fibres and methyl cellulose are the constituents required for the cement extrusion process. The plastic mass is extruded under pressure through a forming die to produce a pre-cast building component. Special-purpose WalocelŪ M grades are used for plasticising the cement compound, and also as a lubricant and water retention agent during the extrusion process. The shape, surface structure and colour of the unit can be designed virtually as desired. Examples of applications range from small corner units to large construction panels, which can have a maximum width of 60 cm and theoretically any desired length.

Recommended grade: WalocelŪ MKX 70000 PP 01 in addition rates of 0.8 - 1.5%.
